Dental Advancements Because of Technology

Looking At Digital X-rays — Bismarck, ND — A Lifetime of Smiles

Advancements in dental technology have made it easier than ever for us to help our patients understand their oral health, and to work together on determining appropriate treatment plans.

Digital X-rays

Digital X-rays are fast and comfortable. In a matter of seconds, they allow us to assess many of your dental needs accurately. If your last dental X-ray experience included the awkwardness of biting down on large pieces of X-ray film, you’re sure to be pleased with the speed and ease of digital X-rays! They require no chemical processing, and they emit a fraction of the radiation than traditional X-rays emit.

Intraoral Camera

This small digital camera attached to a handpiece allows us to see what’s happening in your mouth. The camera instantly projects images of your teeth and gums onto our in-room monitors. The real-time view helps you better understand your diagnosis and your treatment options.

TRIOS Scanner

Say goodbye to messy dental impressions! The TRIOS Scanner is one more way we ensure you have the best quality dental care. Traditionally, dental impressions have required that we take a physical impression of your mouth that is then sent to a lab to create your crowns, appliances, and clear aligners. With the TRIOS scanner, we are able to scan the teeth, and send the “impression” to our lab digitally!
